I had a great experience there today they are always great and amazing people to talk to
Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. The Hearing Instrument Specialist, Lindsay, was seldom in the office to assist you with adjustments. Before the trial period was up, I returned the hearing aids for a refund. They could only be returned when she was in the office. Sometimes when she was supposed to be in the office, she didn’t show up. It took at least two weeks to return the hearing aids.
