The appointment started on time and she cleaned the red one and replaced a dome on the blue one. She listened to my concern about it changing from 1 beep to 2 on its own whenever it feels like it. If that continues after the cleaningg she will send them to the company for reevaluation.
Friendly and helpful to me. Explained everything thoroughly. Helped me to understand how they worked. Can’t wait to get them.
