Good until we were informed that we were given a different model of hearing aid as a replacement under warranty from Kelsey who is no longer employed there. Our overall experience with belltone has been sub par service.
As always the staff were professional and knowledgeable. I have been a client with Beltone for years and plan on going nowhere else for hearing aids.
