It is not nessessary to pay 65 Dollars to place a hearing aid in the box for repair. It was under warranty. Not cool
I’ve been dealing with Charles, SCOTT, Dana and Pat for ten or so years. They always go out of their way to make sure that I’m taken care of. The pricing seems to be very fair as well as the product being top-notch. I’m looking at the latest model in the near future as the technology keeps getting better and better.
