Good until we were informed that we were given a different model of hearing aid as a replacement under warranty from Kelsey who is no longer employed there. Our overall experience with belltone has been sub par service.
I’m able to get appointments when I need them and my questions are taken care of quickly.
Had a problem with wax plugging my beltone hearing aid. Called this morning and Pat got me in to see Charles. He had them both cleaned up and then we talked for about 45 minutes. I give this husband wife team a high ranking. This location can’t be beat, Thanks guys for taking such good care of me.
