Great job: the Dr.s and staff was very helpful
My husband has been a patient for two years and is thankful to have his Beltone Hearing Aids. Brett is very knowledgeable and helpful to his patients. The office staff is kind and can help with cleaning or repairing any time.
The customer service is outstanding. They go beyond excellent customer service. My mother is in a senior living facility and Brett, in service, did a facility visit, checked my mothers hearing aids, took them to the office to clean the filters, and brought them back in the same day. I live out of state and when I call to set up a facility appointment, there is never a delay in a service request. I drove in the pouring rain, and horrible traffic, all the way from Sellersburg. All for a cleaning that took 10 minutes, and which I can do myself at home. Think I'll do it, next time.
