I arrived took a seat and the young lady called me to the counter took my hearing aids cleaned them and sest up my next apt. All very quick and efficient
I have always received great service from Brett. This time I met with a different employee that I believe was a sales rep from corporate. My prior appointment with Brett was just after he had returned from Las Vegas for a Belltone conference. He was very excited about their new aids with AI. They had not been released, but were coming soon. I received a flyer shortly thereafter that had the aids marked down for a promotion ($1999 down to $799).
