My husband gets hearing aids from the VA. He was having some problems and couldn't hear, but the VA couldn't see him for a month. A very nice, professional lady at the Clarksville, Indiana Beltone store agreed to see if she could help. She cleaned them and made some adjustments, and she wouldn't let us pay her. And it helped! He could hear clearly again!
I have had serious concerns in the past that have improved a little, but I'm still perplexed by the fact that this office is only open 3 days per week. I don't know how any medical appliance company can stay in business with such a limited available schedule. The staff is always VERY friendly and cooperative, but I've had more issues with these hearing aids than I ever did with a previous company. The only benefit I see at the moment is the Bluetooth connectivity. But that is a BIG deal for me.
The young lady in the office, very friendly, very professional got me in and got me out in a timely fashion would recommend this place to anyone
I went into the store on December 26, 2025 to have my right hearing aid checked, as it was not working properly. One of the techs did a cleaning, and after I said that there wasn't much of an improvement, she said that she would order a new top for the hearing aid. That was 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing since then. I've called 4 times in the past 2 days to speak with someone. The phone rang 4 times and went directly to a voicemail.
