Everyone is really great and helpful
Entering the Norton office is a pleasant experience. Connie, the receptionist is very personable and is always willing to answer questions concerning batteries, cleaners, etc. Lindsay, the LHC Practitioner is amazing; she really knows the product line. Not only does she answer my questions, but she also asks questions to make sure I understand how to efficiently use my hearing aids. These two ladies are to be commended for creating such a professional but friendly atmosphere.
