I responded to a mailed invitation from Beltone last year for a free hearing screening and evaluation. Today I went for another annual screening. The receptionist greeted me promptly and provided a questionnaire. I was invited back for the hearing evaluation as soon as I completed it. The technician gave clear directions including a sound test with headphones and then a word repetition screening. I then met with another professional who interpreted the results, answered my questions and suggested another screening next year.... read more
