My mom has been going to Beltone in Beachwood for more than ten years and it has been a great experience. Travis is wonderful with my mom, he explains what he is testing and what her results mean. I live out of town and he will call me if there are major changes and explain our options. Nobody likes to get hearing aids, but it’s comforting going to a place where you can get some answers and results.

I am the new owner of my updated hearing that Travis gave me. My first pair were purchased three and a half years ago and there have been even more improved features since then. Travis is always very thorough in his testing and with the follow up appointments to check and clean the hearing aids. Kathryn is also very welcoming and efficient. I have recommended Beltone to many friends, as I believe it to be tops.
