Dr Lauren has patiently listened to my hearing needs. She adjusted the hearing aids so I could know they were okay by adding pings. She has addressed the problem I have with excessive wax and explained how to clean the hearing aids more easily with toothbrush and alcohol pads. Working with older people who can’t deal easily with computers or telephones takes extra time and patience which Dr Lauren has shown. Thanks. Julie Clemens

My goodness last week my husband and I went to Beltone for a hearing test. I was concerned that he might have a hearing problem and I wound up coming home with an amazing hearing aid. I am so happy Lauren and Stacie were amazing. They made it such a pleasant professional amazing experience. I am so happy with my new hearing aids. It’s open a whole new world to me and I’m grateful for Beltone coming here for us to have our hearing Checked‼️‼️
