The hearing professional with Beltone Hearing Care Center for my elderly mother, who is quite disabled, came to her skilled nursing facility to conduct her hearing test, placed custom-mold pieces in her ears for ordering in-the-ear hearing aids that are custom-fitted for her individual ears, and then came back again to customize the volume for each of her ears and to explain the use of the hearing aids. I believe this level of care is extraordinary and I am so thankful for this.
