This facility is one of the best hearing aide center in Memphis TN. I truly recommend this facility for anyone who is suffering from hearing lost. The staff is phenomenal and very knowledgeable about their products. They truly cares about their patients concerns and answers any questions you may have. After calling for an appointment for a new hearing test and replacement hearing aids I was able to get in the very next day. My Technician, Sheila, was exceptional. Attentive, courteous, friendly, patient and so knowledgeable about the different hearing aids available. She went above and beyond in making me feel heard and helping me select the best hearing at a price I could afford. Beltone is fortunate and blessed to have such outstanding employee as Sheila.
