I finally got my hearing tested after stubling though many conversations where I was basically lip reading and had the test done at Belltone. They were very helpful. The test was simple and showed marked hearing loss (no surprise to my wife). They explained the results and the options for hearing aids. It took over an hour, but I left informed and comfortable with the next step of getting a hearing aid.
Got good service today. Having smaller ear molds made and believe that will solve the remaining problems. Amy was very helpful with this. I didn’t write this! Still not happy with them. Cannot use left one. Still too big and had constant feed back. Amy was helpful but would not return my calls. She did however communicate with my sister.
