I have had nothing but excellent experience at Beltone. The people are pleasant and helpful. A full explanation is provided throughout the testing process.
I have had my hearing aids for over a year and today I was given a real reason to ask for a refund. Technology is advancing daily and Beltone integration can't keep up and gives no way to work around it, at least with android devices. I missed a phone call while at your office because the hearing aid bluetooth connection shut off the audio on my watch and phone. My son was trying to call from Barcelona. I continue to have difficulty with Bluetooth connection between android auto and your hearing aids. If I stop the associate... read more
Very knowledgeable and professional
I drove from the south side of JAX to U health Hospital for an appointment at Beltone with Christina, who I thought was a wonderful provider. When I arrived, I found out that Christina was no longer employed there. not happy
