I truly appreciate the one-on-one attention they give each customer. Taking the time to sit down and listen speaks volumes about their commitment to outstanding service. This customer care is phenomenal and you never feel like just another customer/ patient.
I had an excellent experience at Beltone. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. They fixed my hearing aid very quickly, and it is working perfectly now. The doctor was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
