Great people providing service
I am not impressed with the new person at the Beach Blvd office in Jacksinville. Florida. I've now seen her twice, and have the same feeling from both visits. The previous technician always took me back to their office, took my hearing aids and went and cleaned them. Then brought them back, connected them to a devise, to see how much I had been using them, and made adjustments to make sure I am hearing at my best. The new person, leaves me in the lobby, cleans my instruments, and returns them to me. Ask if everything is okay... read more
