We made our appointment because my wife was having issues with her hearing aids. Matthew took the time to test the devices and let us know they needed to be sent out for repair. We were given loaner devices which Matthew calibrated for my wife. His care and attention were very much appreciated. His professionalism is there on every visit we've made to the office.
The service and the professionalism were outstanding, I would recommend Beltone Hearing to everyone.
