They were very nice
They are very professional. I went in and Abbie was great. She explained everything well. I can hear perfectly now.
The exam was good. Only complaint is during the test when I was listening with the “thing” in one ear giving off low, quiet tones. I was supposed to indicate when I heard the tone. Someone came into the office, sat in the waiting room and talked to the receptionist who was in another room. It was very loud. I told the doctor that part of the test was unfair because there was too much noise in the waiting room.
The office was professional, the tests were very thorough and I understood what was being explained to me. They cleaned my ears and suggested I follow up with an ENT doctor and said to come back if they suggested hearing aids. No sales pressure at all.
