The service at Beltone is great! Very friendly and helpfuk!
i got a new person taking care of me replacing Tonya who i’ve spent years with. service will have to improve to get me to stay with Beltone.i took in my hearing aids for their regular “tube change” which i paid a lot of $$$$ for. she did not have the tubes instock, she broke off the stem from one of the hearing aids and took it to send it in to get looked at. so in addition to not having hearing aids, i paid $30 up and back for the Uber ride and my spare hearing aids that I got from another vendor, she pulled the earpiece of... read more
Tanya is great to work with. She is very professional and has taught me so much about my hearing impairment. She is very customer oriented, and strives to make you comfortable throughout all the processes. Her recommendations for potential hearing aid options gave me a very comfortable assurance when choosing the right hearing aids for my specific needs.
