Had unscheduled appointment this morning (8/12) for hearing adds not working. Met the new person. He was very helpful and got them to working and will at my annual in a couple of weeks have loaners and send mine for inspection. Was pleased with meeting. Over 20 years a customer. Janet Strong

Nice visit except wasn’t able to complete visit as person who I was to meet with was at a Dr appt. I received multiple calls and text reminders of appointment for week prior. I get to my appt early after waiting 15, I am told he is at a drs appt and we will have to reschedule. If time was tight for him to get back from his appt to my appt, maybe someone should have had the forethought to reschedule my appt. The tech at desk was very nice and accommodating
