Our appointments with Beltone are always a pleasure. The employees at the Beltone in O'Fallon, MO are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Each followup visit has been great. Our questions are answered completely. We are not hurried. Our devices are checked thoroughly and we are always encouraged to contact them with any questions or needs we might have between visits. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
I found them very personable,the hearing test was taken and the tech took time to explain what it all meant. Will definitely go back next year.
