I went to Beltone in Kissimmee, Fl and the tech Jackson got me in right away. He's very personable and pleasant. He checked my ears and removed some packed in wax which I had no idea was in there. He cleaned both of my hearing aids, replaced the tips and checked the settings. He also discussed with me some upgrade options.
