Had my first visit this week to the Beltone office in Kissimmee. I was very pleased with my experience. I worked with Daniella, who was extremely knowledgeable. She made sure that I picked out the correct hearing aids for my needs. Heather, at the front desk, helped me navigate some insurance issues I was having. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this office. If you are in need of hearing aids, this is where you need to go!
Beltone provides excellent customer service! Appointments are on time and they are always able to assist with any problems. Daniella is great!
