This was my first visit at Beltone in Greensboro also my first hearing test. Jerry explained to me what was going on with my hearing so I could understand .He was very professional and knowledgeable
It's been great to hear again he very understanding very good at what they do I would recommen them at anytime
After my first visit I was very happy with the evaluation and explanation of everything we went through. Very through on telling me my problem and what we need to do to correct my hearing problem. At this stage I'm happy to get my hearing back on track. Very pleased with the Beltone staff. After several visits with fine tuning my hearing aids and slowly getting them better adjusted I'm extremely happy in the direction we, I am heading. I do have to say it takes a little time to get them closer to your own hearing.
