Very thorough! They know how to address any problem that I'm experiencing and make adjustments to get me hearing almost like normal again!!
I came from another TruHearing provider who told me I had to wait for 2 months to get my hearing aids fixed! I was miserable! Here at Beltone they got me a loaner set immediately and the quality greatly surpassed my experience with TruHearing!
These hearing aids are awesome! I can now hear things that I've never been able to hear before! Annette, Casey, and Steven are AWESOME!
Casey is wonderful! She’s been taking care of my 96 year old mothers hearing issues for the last couple of years. She treats her with respect but still jokes and kids with her and is extremely patient. She really is the model of how you should treat people. Annette is great too, always seems positive and very punctual returning calls.
