I was not understanding speech clearly- come to find out, I had a rapid loss of hearing in 10 months, but Steven was able to reprogram my Beltone hearing aids and I’m now hearing MUCH more clearly without having to buy a new set!
Had an appointment with Casey Wilkinson. She checked my ears,cleaned , calibrated,put new plugs on my hearing aids. She noticed that the right hearing aid was slow loading. She sent it out for repair,she set me up with a set of loaner hearing aids. Two weeks got my aids back working great, thank you Casey Wilkinson for your great Care as always.
