I want to thank Ruben Ortiz for sharing his knowledge of what my hearing is. I’ve been to one lady that checked my hearing and then she put hearing aids on me and I always told her I could not hear with them or without them. Ruben explained to me the difference Of why couldn’t hear I have been wearing them for 3 1/2 hours and I feel comfortable with them and Amazed what I could hear and understand what they are saying I want to thank my friend Joan Harrington For introducing him to me and being a blessing to me
They are helping me to get my own hearing aids with the government... In the meantime I am using a spare one and they're working like a champ and I am listening way much better too... Thank you so much for your service...
