Always patient and pleasant. Helpful hints on how to adjust hearing aids and new technology.
It was a very comfortable experience. The technician, Nancy, was very professional and appeared to know the hearing aid industry well.
Got me right in at my appointment time. Friendly staff and professional. They were honest and said I actually do not need hearing aids which was nice to hear. I was worried they would try to sell me no matter the results of the hearing tests.
Courteous,friendly but professional. Everything clean and orderly. Cashier is helpful and audio specialist was outstanding. Explained each and every procedure. Explained test sheet and explained each aid capacity.
