I was given the utmost kindness by Mr Routh. He went beyond his expected service to me and explained things as he went.
I am glad it is so easy to get an appointment when there is a problem with a hearing aide. Then at my appointment I find out my left hearing aide needs a new battery, and there is no charge because it is still under warranty. Every one is friendly and professional.
