The hearing care practitioner Jonathan is an experienced, efficient and informative clinician. I enjoyed his dry sense of humor. Carmen the receptionist was the most welcoming and kind person. Beltone offered a $20 gift certificate to just to come in and get tested. I was upset when she pointed out that it is only for people who have some hearing deficit. She was very skilled at diffusing my disappointment. She gets a 10 star and should get a pat on the back or better yet , a bonus.
It was a good first time after moving to Gainesville. I will return in six months.
