Walked in today, just to check out my aids. Very friendly service! He looked them over and cleaned them up. Truly great! It is all good!
I was able to benefit from my wife's receiving new hearing aids. Her old ones have been adapted to my needs thanks to Virgy! Beltone has saved us money as well as frustration.
Virgie is pleasant and efficient. Super customer service. 8/12/25 another positive meeting with Virgie. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.
When my husband finally agreed to get hearing aids, Vergie was so good with transitioning him to getting accustomed to them, which can be a challenging time for people. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and patient. We have received excellent service from Beltone, including courtesy reminders of upcoming appointments. Oh, and did I say how patient they are?
I received excellent service and left with a reasonable amount of knowledge about my hearing situation.
