Hearing aids needed tubes replaced. Vickie is always very courteous and helpful.
I showed up 20 minutes early for any paperwork. One of the two staff in the office said, she would be right with me. She then rolled in her seated chair to reach the door and slammed the door shut. Since no further response from staff 35 minutes laterI decided I was not waiting any longer and left.
