It was a great experience. My mother was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist. Todd the audiologist was very thorough, clearly explaining what he was doing and why so we could understand her specific hearing problem and what was needed to correct it. Surprisingly enough, her hearing loss isn’t severe, but it affects her ability to understand what is being said. I really received an education on the ear and how it works.
