Brad, the audiologist, was awesome. He took all the time needed and he explained things very well.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
Very good experience with Brad. He’s so knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. He’s not a salesman….he truly wants the best for his clients. Scheduling appointment was kind of stressful, make sure you book your appointment through Rhonda (front desk) and don’t pay any attention to the text or email reminders from the call center, because they mess up the time.
They were very professional and explained everything to me. I got set up with new hearing aids.
He explained everything that I could understand it. Was very professional. Answered every question I asked.
