I had a very pleasant experience at Beltone hearing. The young lady who did my hearing test was so kind and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I wasn’t sure how much hearing loss I had and when I got a card for a free hearing test I decided to Take advantage of the offer. They did not pressure me and told me that I do have some hearing loss but that I didn’t need hearing aids yet which I appreciated them not trying to sell me something. I didn’t really need. Needed to adjust aids, had to turn them back would whistle if I got my watch close to the left one. Right one checked out good! Lacey Case (Technician) Lacey is very good and knowledgeable. She makes sure you’re satisfied with what she has done! She has a great attitude along with ability to do the job right.
Very nice and fun experience. They were very professional and knowledgeable, honest and yet with tactful humor. Great experience and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
