The technocian is very knowledgeable and very personable. The office person is very friendly
We are at the age where a lot of people are getting hearing aids, I would never ever consider using Beltone because of their deceptive mailing. They send me what looks like official government documents on the outside of the envelope, but is simply their company advertising. If they try to deceive you on what their mailing, I can imagine on how they will try to deceive you on your hearing aids.
Filters, domes and a good cleaning, everything is great! Very nice people to work with.
