They were very helpful and quick at getting my mom in!
The Audiologist, Jordan only provided me with a partial test and then asked if I would be getting the hearing aide. When I responded that I wasn't sure if I needed to correct for the humming that I experienced and the inability to hear high pitched sounds. He then said, he was not going to do any further testing and my session was over. As I was leaving he told me since I did not complete the testing (his decision not mine) I would not receive the Amazon card. I responded, "that hardly seems fair" and left.
Very warm and inviting office staff. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable of their business. I felt welcomed and encouraged that I was getting the best care available. Thanks Guys 🙏🏾
