Evaluation was okay, however consultant would not allow me to have a copy of the results of my hearing test to take with me. As the patient, I should be allowed to have a hard copy of my hearing evaluation , not just send it off to my GP. Didn’t feel like the consultant was accommodating in that regard. Always very professional and friendly
I would appreciate if Beltone would find modern communication means. I was an hour late to my appointment. I originally contacted Beltone via phone. They did not follow up to confirm my appointment’s start time. For instance, most businesses send text or email reminders regarding upcoming appointments. Beltone did neither. In fact, the only electronic communication I’ve received to date is two texts reminding me to take this survey.
