Met by a smiling and helpful staff. All issues are addressed and explained. Questions from my wife and I are encouraged from the staff and are answered in a way that we understand. Oh, I hear much better now.
Most recent visit went very well
my 90 year old dad came in a month ago and was promised a $20 gas card just for coming in. They told him the hearing aids were $5900 after they fitted him the paperwork said $6900. The person who fitted him, when my dad wouldn't buy them they snatched them out of his ears.. He asked about the gas card they hemmed and hawed about it and then said they would email it to him. so far nothing received as of this message. Sounds a lot like bait and switch. shame on you for taking advantage of a 90 year old Veteran
