The audiologist was very professional and explained the testing and findings in a very lucid and easily understandable language.

We are not regular patients here. We are traveling and my audiologist is in South Carolina.We called because my hearing aid cone had come off in my ear when I removed my hearing aid for the night. After explaining the situation, we were seen without an appointment. And although the cone was unreachable with instruments available we were treated with warmth and professionalism. Thanks for your help!
