Dr. Roeser is sooo patient and makes sure you understand/feel comfortable getting familiar with wearing hearing aids.
Was very pleased with the service. No waiting. Took a hearing test had both hearing aids serviced.
The audiologist was very welcoming , Kind, polite, and very thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me more information than I got the last time. I was at Belton for a Hearing check.
