In November 2024, I purchased a hearing aid from a Clearwater, Florida location. The technician, Nick, informed me that he had an excess of new DEMO aids, which retailed for $10,000, but he could sell me one for $4,000. He assured me that these DEMO aids had never been used. It was quick and efficient. I knew my hearing was reduced from my last hearing test. I was surprised but not shocked that I have lost 50%. Of my hearing. Every thing was explained about what I needed and my budget could afford. I came home tured on to station that was there. Had to reduce sound from 85% to 30% with new hearing aids. I am a happy customer.
