My first visit to Beltone in Saugus MA went very well. I was greeted by Leah, who clearly has great customer service skills. The hearing instrument specialist, Emily, spent an hour explaining everything I ever wanted to know about hearing aids, both prescription and OTC, in easy to understand language (as opposed to tech-speak). She answered my many questions in full, and gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about the right hearing aids for me.
I took my stroke survivor husband to Beltone Hearing Center in Saugus because he suffered hearing loss due to his prior profession and due to a stroke. Emily Eagan, Hearing instrument specialist is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and made it easy to understand for myself and husband who has apraxia and aphasia from the stroke. She explained that results of the hearing test in terms we could understand. We are very comfortable with Beltone.
