MAGNIFICENT!! I have purchased 4 over the counter brands of hearing aides and spent $3000 on eargos. No support, no returns, no refunds. Colin is amazingly patient, kind and exceedingly able to teach me different levels of technology instantly that synch with my phone! The marketing focuses on silver-aged people. I am only 55 so i didn’t want to invest in what i thought was a minor inconvenience. I can hear now and it’s amazing! Even minor hearing loss has a major impact on your life and your family!!
Great staff. Office close to my house. Comprehensive hearing exam and the results were well explained. I was given options on hearing aids and was allowed to test one. The hearing aids are very high tech which renders them expensive but there are various payment and financing options. The only negative part is it is not covered by insurance.
I was very comfortable at Beltone Hearing Aid Center. All of my questions were answered and my testing was explained to me as testing was done. . I would recommend Beltone Hearing Aid Center highly.
I just upgraded to the latest hearing aids from Beltone in Narragansett. Colin Chapin was so knowledgeable and patient.was skeptical that these would be an improvement over my first set but WOW. The speech clarity is amazing and these fit much better. Very Happy!
