Horrible place to do any business with. Rude and angry front office personnel and a scammer that takes advantage of the elderly. Tricked my 95 year old grandmother and 75 year old mother into $6000 hearing aids. There was no way my Grandmother at 95 with dementia could handle or work with them and he sold them to her anyway. Hiding behind their "policies" and like to call you Mister and Miss so condescending for a youngster with a rude secretary. Total fakes and the place reeks of greed. This company is full of greedy scammers who don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar. I would NEVER recommend this company. Go somewhere else. You can get hearing aids much cheaper, and from people who actually care and want to help! Rude people!!!
