A very good experience. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. New tubes were restored to the place of old stiff ones and all was well. I'm deaf with these wonderful appliances.
My wife and I both had our hearing tested. Eric spent a lot of time with us doing what I would say was very thorough testing. He printed out our results and explained them to us. I have mild to moderate hearing loss so he had me try hearing aids. He explained all of the benefits, but did not give us an hard sell.
Very efficient and helpful. This business has always given excellent service. Eric quickly and skillfully fixed my hearing aid issues. I would recommend this business to anyone with hearing issues
