Both Cindy and Jeff the audiologist are very pleasant I’m excited to be receiving new hearing aids when they come in to be able to hear a lot better
From the moment I walked into the center the clerk was very very sweet and Josh was amazing. I am grateful that I chose to go there.
Relaxing and easy
Both Cindy (the receptionist) and Jeff (the doctor) were very personable. Once Jeff realized that we are fairly well educated he spoke in a professional language. At my level- not above or below. My only complaint is they actually never introduced themselves. I got their names because they referred to each other by name. I find most people in the medical field do this and it frustrates me.
