Professional staff. Very thorough with explaining every step of the process.
We arrived late for my appointment because we got lost on the way — we live several hours away in Phillips — and the receptionist kindly stayed on the phone to guide us right to the door. Josh was very understanding about the delay. He was professional, personable, and took the time to clearly explain how to handle my hearing aids. I appreciate his patience and look forward to seeing him again in September.
I go to the Beltone in Norway, Maine. The staff are great and our audiologist is amazing, with inspection to detail and compassion to our questions. I highly recommend this branch to all!
