Chris, the Instrument Specialist, and Ed were extremely friendly and helpful and getting my scheduled hearing evaluation done but also took a look at my mom’s (without an appointment) and adjusted here hearing aids previously purchased at Beltone!
I recently saw Chris McDonough, Hearing Professional at the Beltone store in Brookfield, CT. He gave me a thorough hearing test and set me up with a great pair of hearing aids which work better than the previous pair I had from Miracle Ear. I am extremely happy with my new Beltone hearing aids. And Ed Zanotti at the front desk is always welcoming and runs a tight ship. In summation, the Beltone Store in Brookfield CT, is a top shop !
