Always a pleasure to get my hearing aids checked in Norwich. They are courteous and professional in every way. Heidi at the desk and Rachelle, the testing person, are extremely knowledgeable. Best service available anywhere for hearing issues. Very nice experience.
Today I visited the Beltone office in Norwich, Connecticut, due to the fact that both of my hearing instruments were malfunctioning — both were losing volume, and I was having difficulty understanding conversations. I was greeted pleasantly upon my arrival by Heidi and Rochelle. I explained to Rochelle the problem I was having and she immediately examined my hearing instruments, determined what the problem was (moisture), and had them working like new in less than ten minutes.
