Great service and friendly people
Today I kept my regularly scheduled appointment with Beltone in Norwich, Connecticut. Jose, my hearing professional, greeted me pleasantly upon my arrival and welcomed me into his office He asked me if I was having any issues with my hearing instruments (I wasn’t); he then cleaned and adjusted my hearing instruments, and set up my next appointment for four months in the future. Jose did a great job evaluating my hearing. He’s very pleasant and easy to get along with. He’s knowledgeable and understanding. Heidi is very professional and nice.
The agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were dismayed however that the $10,000 hearing aid was the only one available to try! Afterwards we checked Consumer Reports. In customer satisfaction, Belltone earned 67%. CR recommends Costco (90%) which is our next stop.
