The audiologist that took care of me on 2/11/25 was so happy and friendly, and patiently answered all my questions about my hearing aids. He is truly a great asset to your company!
I was seen by Bruce, who is licensed and will be at this location, Tuesdays and Thursdays for a while. I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge and what he recommended regarding my problems with the hearing aids. I’m looking forward to having him see me again when my hearing aids come back. Would love for him to stay at this location. Definitely would recommend him.
Friendly and do a great job
No receptionist, no one even came to see who came in. It's now 10 min past my appointment time. Think I'll be contacting my insurance to see if I can change providers.
