Belltone has helped me so much. Without going into detail I could never be able to afford hearing aids
Very professional and courteous.
My only complaint is that they keep re-scheduling my appointments. It's the same excuse every time: "no tech on". It gets old after awhile, and ithas happened numerous times.
Katelyn was very knowledgeable and she explained everything so that I understood what changed from 11 years ago and what could do so that my issues would not escalate
Once again, I wasn't disappointed. Even though they no longer take my insurance, they cleaned my aides and I had a hearing exam. I where my Beltone aides religiously and my hearing has actually improved. Dennis was fantastic and very helpful. The receptionist was sweet as could be!!!
