Your hearing professional, Haley Fogg, that worked with me on 8/22/26 was compassionate, funny, and very personable. She took the time to explain and answer all my questions/concerns during my evaluation. I will see her in a month to check on my new adjustments.
The service is fine, though there’s always a new technician with a slightly different story. My only complaint is when I purchased the hearing aids, I was told the service was the same as Costco. Costco has unlimited visits. Beltone charges every time I walk in.
Beltone New England - Hayley Fogg was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns and was also very professional. I am looking forward to receiving the hearing aids as soon as available.
