I worked in the Nashua, NH location for 3 years with Bob and it was NOT a easy task. He made it uncomfortable for me, and ALWAYS had some NEGATIVE things to say about patients and staff. He would say how the staff in the Warwick, R.I. office did NOT know how to do their job, but were with Beltone 20+ years. He should NOT be allowed to work in Healthcare and I would love to see his license pulled. I complained to managers and nothing was ever done about it.
Beltone, Nashua has provided me with an excellent product, which I gratefully use daily. Now I can hear all my conversations with family and friends, at home, on my iPhone, or in a restaurant. They provide friendly and helpful service.
