I dealt with 2 people during the visit. Both people were very professional and were able to address my concerns and provide me with the information I needed.
Nancy took the time to explain everything from the hearing test to choosing the hearing aids and payment plan that best suited me. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I am extremely grateful and happy that I chose Beltone.

I purchased hearing aids from this location in June. I just called to have the domes tuned up on Wednesday and was told I had to make an appointment. I live over an hour away and to make an appointment seems absurd. For something that just takes a few minutes I called to cancel my appointment because I got my errands done early, and when Tonya called me back to say I could turn around and head up.
