Called to get an appointment, did not get this office but a clearing house line someone from down south with strong accent. It said I could book an appointment online for tomorrow but clearing house gave me an appointment two weeks out. The person on the line was very condescending and calling all the shots. All I wanted to do was purchase a hearing aid I already had my doctors prescription and summary of office visit from yesterday. TRY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ... what a joke. They lose because I was ready to buy.
