My trip to beltone Chelmsford was awesome, one of my hearing aids stopped working and I decided to stop by on me way home from work. I didn’t have an appointment and it was 15 minutes before closing, the staff was gracious and Andrew took me in no problem, he took the time even though he wanted to leave and cleaned and tested both hearing aids and all was working after that. I totally recommend this place .
Good visit, technician skill and knowledge is impressive. He was very thorough in evaluating my hearing and explaining features on the APP. Being greeted so nicely by the front desk was terrific.
