Eric was able to see me earlier than planned. He was well prepared for the appointment. He displayed kindness and sensitivity towards my hearing aid issues. He listens well and provides solutions to problems
I am glad that Eric helped with my hearing aid. I had an awful time trying to hear with only one hearing aid working and the other one I couldn't hear. It was the speaker on my hearing aid that needed attention. So I was very glad to see him and having him help me. Eric was excellent.
