The office in West Springfield is not staffed you have to wait weeks for an appointment.Once you get the appointment the office canceled at the last minute twice the other Bell Tones offices are more than an hour away otherwise I would have went to one of them. Not one to complain but I need my hearing.The hearing aids I have are not good either they don’t charge and once charged they don’t last but a couple of hours after being charged over night.
We had a Friday morning follow up appointment with Eric. As always, He was personable, professional and thorough. He made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. Thank You.
Wow Rare have we seen such a high degree of service. Eric travelled to Brattleboro VT to make sure my 84 yesr old mama had hearing aids that fit right. We are so impressed. We will come back to this store for any hearing aid need. Truly, this is unheard of level of service. Bravo.
