Joslyn magically used her interface program to adjust my Envision AI. Wow, what an improvement on day one. Now I feel part of my environment and can communicate across the room. Flying colors achieved at rehearsal on stage tonight in that I could hear the other cast members.

my left hearing aid was not working and Jeff sent it in to get fixed. it came back working like a champ. Jeff adjusted both my hearing aids to my phone and his equipment and now i can hear every faint sound. Thanks Jeff. There was no charge. Would recommend Beltone anytime. Dave Allen
