Feel as though finance process was not explained to me and the deposit they take is not refunded-able that was never mentioned to me and the warranty was only for 1 year. I was backing out of deal and she got them to agree on 2 yr warranty however they go through synchrony bank at almost 15% that’s literally screwing the people!!
What a pleasant experience I had today with my appointment with Rachelle. She listened to my concerns and gave me options to improve my hearing aide quality. I feel very fortunate to have met Rachelle and worked with her today.
The 2 people I dealt with are fine. The people that made my new hearing aides need to go back to school. These are the worst hearing aides that Beltone ever sold me. If I could I’d go elsewhere but they are new So I’m not shelling out any more money
What a great and easy experience thank you to everyone at Beltone. I needed my ear molds for my in ears and it was so easy and professional.
