Got my new aids and didn't like the actual color from the pamphlets. Micheal was very nice and sent them back. "2-4 weeks". Turned into 8 + weeks after I pushed with numerous phone calls to locate. Big hassle as they didn't have that model any more so had to upgrade and uhc caused a lot of paperwork. No extra cost but no one could answer why 2 months of wait. All resolved now.
