This place is great. Jaime and the team always seem to come through. I recently had my dog chew up the in-ear portion of my hearing aid. I was worried that it was going to be extremely expensive. However I was still under warranty after a year and a half and I was able to get it replaced free of charge. Very thankful and appreciative!
I learned alot of interesting information that I should of been told long before this from another Hearing Aid Office. I am very happy that I ended up at Desert Hearing today. I am starting a new set of Hearing Aids in a couple of weeks. The personal in this office were so understanding and very kind. They explained things to me which should of been done from the other Company. Thank you
