This Jasper, AL location is OPEN! (Some reviews seemingly indicated it was closed -- not true) Tiffany Murphy is the Specialist there and is the most pleasantly helpful person I've met in quite some time. While performing very thorough testing, she took so much time making sure my elderly mom understood everything she was doing. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the testing and evaluation process, and instilled confidence in both of us today regarding options and getting the most out of mom's hearing aid.
Easy in and out. All Techs are helpful & very courteous. Answered all questions!
