They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They explained my hearing test results thoroughly and why new hearing aids were needed. I’m happy with their services.
I have been with Beltone for 6+ years. The staff has always been helpful and the hearing aids are great. The service is great and the company has a very good warranty for their hearing aids.
We have had these hearing aids well over a year. Finally they got someone who was able to make them work properly. Don't know his name but he is a very nice looking man.
Jake was wonderful with mom and I today. He really helped us with our hearing aids and cleaned them and re-adjusted them for us. He is very knowledgeable and very please with their service!
