Jake was very professional and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and understood my needs.

Professional, well versed on product. I felt like I was a person being cared for, not just a number on paper. The test was done after explaining the process and making sure I felt safe and secure. I am glad I chose this location.
Jake sure knows what he’s doing. Reported a little early for my appointment. He took me in early anyway. He was very professional and friendly. He even checked my ears and my hearing aids. He found debris buildup and corrected it. He also offered advice (which I gladly accepted) on adjusting my hearing aids. He even followed up on this chore to make sure that I had it right. Jake replaced parts and cleaned the others. Beltone is doing things correctly. I also want to recognize Tasha as she always helps me when she is there.
Was able to get an appointment the next day after contacting Beltone. The exam was much more comprehensive than one I had a couple years earlier. Jake was attentive to my needs and answered all questions regarding the exam and options I had to improve my hearing. Highly recommend this business.
