They are very professional and friendly. I really love coming here because I know I am going to be taken care of. I bought several upgrades over the years from Jamie Starr and will continue to do so. Some people think Beltone is too expensive but in my opinion the level of service from Jamie is outstanding and worth the little more they cost. She constantly adjusts and cleans them as necessary which makes it a more personal experience
The hearing aids work well and Jamie has been fantastic to work with. She is flexible, professional and personable. She is a pleasure.
